General
If you own a stand, we recommend updating it at least once a week to keep your customers informed. Best practice would be to update it whenever you put items out.
If a stand is created and left untouched, it will last roughly two weeks. Roadside uses a decay algorithm. If users interact with a stand, and continue to update it, it will remain active.
Yes. On the map, you can edit the filter to include inactive stands. The filter button is on the right side of the search bar.
To re-activate a stand, simply add a new report for produce at the same location. The new report will be merged into the existing stand.
Contributing
Yes. Users can delete their contributions for up to an hour after submitting them. Navigate to Your Activity > Edit the submission > Delete.
If you don't see a specific produce item, you can suggest it to our support team. Navigate to Settings > Feedback
